As marketing lead, I architected and executed a multi-threaded campaign to elevate the brand and convert awareness into opportunity:
Designed a booth flow that filtered visitors into engagement tiers: reception, self-guided kiosk demos, and SME-led product walkthroughs
Equipped sales team with qualifying scripts and trained them on triaging attendee interest efficiently
Secured a featured speaking session, attracting a qualified audience and generating content for post-show follow-up
Launched new brand and digital experience live at the show, with aligned messaging across decks, signage, and product materials
Drove digital engagement with real-time social content, conference callouts, and audience targeting
Result
125 qualified leads accepted by sales, resulting in $6M in pipeline and 30 open opportunities
400+ low-quality contacts were filtered out, allowing for high-efficiency follow-up
Delivered all three major initiatives on time and on budget
Gained 300+ new LinkedIn followers and sustained interest in the new platform after the event
Challenge
Innovapptive needed to deliver on three mission-critical initiatives — a rebrand, new website, and high-impact event launch — all within 11 weeks ahead of SAP’s global user conference. Past conference efforts had produced quantity but not quality. With a new sales team and increased visibility on the show floor, the goal was clear: generate qualified leads, not just traffic, and establish the new platform message in the market.


Led strategy and execution for this startups' rebrand, developed a new website, and orchestrated a major presence at the SAP Sapphire conference—including event design, sales team enablement, and campaign delivery.
At this large trade show, I created the campaign concept to provide filters for the rush of people coming into the booth while introducing the new brand. Collaborated with product team for the GTM planning, including creating a demo for use on the show floor.
